NetCollab is a product developed by Techollab. We combine deep networking experience with an AI-enabled approach to building technology—making sophisticated network capabilities more accessible to the organizations that depend on them.
Our foundation
The Techollab team brings more than 15 years of networking experience, particularly in satellite connectivity and environments where bandwidth, service quality and user experience require careful management.
That experience spans solutions for cruise lines, charter yachts, airlines, hospitality and remote organizations—places where internet access is a critical operational resource.
NetCollab brings those lessons into a platform that helps organizations understand traffic, manage access and investigate the experience their users receive.
Why NetCollab exists
Powerful network tools should be within reach of a small venue or IT team, even without a large budget or a department of specialists.
We are building NetCollab to reduce the cost and complexity of understanding and managing a network. Our goal is straightforward deployment, clear guidance and AI-assisted workflows that let customers install and manage the system themselves, without needing a large services contract.
Human support should be available when it is needed, while customers have the tools and confidence to do more on their own.

Our long-term ambition
Our long-term ambition is to connect organizations with their internet and application providers through coordinated network intelligence and policies. Together, participating networks could improve how connectivity is managed, protected and understood.
Align traffic policies across participating networks to support fair use of shared capacity and reflect the needs of the organization and its users.
Work with participating internet providers to deliver agreed quality-of-service policies along the service path.
Coordinate with an ISP to identify and filter unwanted or abusive traffic before it reaches the organization’s connection.
Compare selected statistics and coordinate synthetic tests across the organization, its ISP and its application provider to investigate where performance changes.
How Techollab works
We use AI to give a focused team more capacity to create, improve and support useful products. Human judgment and accountability remain central to that work.
From exploring concepts to assisting implementation and automating repeatable tasks, AI is part of our development process. We aim to spend more of our effort on solving problems and improving the product.
AI should make a task easier to complete. In the guest-access workflow, AI-assisted plan translation helps operators prepare content for international guests, with an opportunity to review the wording.

The business we are building
Our commercial model combines hardware, ongoing services and licensed Central deployments. Each part addresses a different operational need, with the deployment choice left to the customer.
Xpresso and Pro bring guest access and dedicated monitoring role options into the same hardware platform. Available slots determine which roles can run together.
